Ten years after the events of the first season of Lastman, Richard Aldana returns to Pax Town to investigate why is former sparing partner Duke Diamond shouts out references to the Iguana Queen and the potential connection to the Valley of the Kings.

After being attacked by a cult, leading to his boxing mentor being kidnapped, Richard Aldana learns of the mentor's double life protecting a mysterious girl named Siri. Richard then learns of a bizarre world of the Wren, demons who come from the Valley of The Kings and disguise themselves as humans, that want to hunt down Siri. In his quest to protect Siri and learn more about the world the Wrens have come from, Aldana must continue his boxing training and enter a tournament who's grand prize is the key to saving Siri.

He ends up in bizarre situations and predicaments, often accompanied by celebrity guest characters such as Donny Osmond or Adam West. Throughout its run, the show was known for its adult humor and pop culture references.
